Farmington, CT | In Process

Assisted Living and Memory Support Community located in Farmington, CT, known as the “Mother of Towns”. This elegant community renovation is inspired by the agriculture that played a prominent role in the town’s history, serving as the basis of the town’s name. Along with agriculture, it was the home of the first female architect, Theodate Pope Riddle who founded / built the historical Hill-Sted Museum and Estate. Drawing from this rich history, the design of the common spaces and corridors takes on a modern farmhouse aesthetic with relatable elements to inspire and connect all who live at and visit the community.
