A 30-unit Senior Living Community for income eligible seniors, located on what was one part of the Dreamworld Estate across from the historic Lawson Tower. The estate was so large it was considered a village featuring a post office, firehouse, carriage building, based and even a racetrack. Here, Thomas Lawson bred “the Ideal American Horse” and other animals on gentle hill overlooking the ocean. This rich history of the project site would serve as an inspiration for the color palette, wood finishes, and intricate nautical details featured throughout the design.
